Finally

Since my dog Roxanne died this summer my mom's other dog Max has been really lonely. My mom finally got the "ok" from my dad, so has been looking for another dog. I have been doing a lot of the online looking for her because it's more my thing to do that kind of online stuff.

We finally found this little 3 month old puppy.

The shelter people said she and her litter mates were weimaraner mixs, but she looks nothing like a weimaraner.

I don't think she looks anything like a weimaraner. Anyways, she came from a kill shelter down south. They were going to be put to sleep, so this shelter in NJ offered to take them and that's where we found her. We actually applied to take one of her litter mates who was black with brown eyebrows and brown on the paws, but the shelter people got the pups mixed up and we got the black one instead. My mom decided to name her Jersey. She is such a good puppy. She already learned to sit and is crate trained. She doesn't even cry at night. I think she is probably a better match for our family than the other puppy would have been.

Mr. N is such a softy. He really likes dogs.

So this is the newest member of the family! Jersey follows M around the yard and visa versa. They are so cute.
