Just an update. We are all doing well...except for Little M. She's been sick since Saturday, but is slowly getting better. She has a virus and has had a high temperature and all the aches and pains associated with that. Originally we thought M had strep, so Sunday we went to the doctors. They did a strep culture and it came back clean. Normally they'd just have sent us home and let the virus run its course. Since we had a newborn in the home, the pediatrician sent us to the hospital to had a virus panel run on her to determine which virus she had so that if Baby L got it they would know immediately what to treat. The panel came back positive for the Abno (I have no idea how to spell it) Virus which is a summertime virus that causes a high temperature, muscle aches and sore throat. Poor baby! The good thing is that the virus is usually tolerated well by the body, it just makes you feel miserable.
She does feel miserable!
So far Baby L is not sick and Little M is getting better...though she is not better yet. It's been really difficult because we are suppose to keep the two babies completely separated. Little M loves her little sister and doesn't understand why she isn't allowed to touch her or be with her any more.
Hopefully this virus clears up and Baby L doesn't get sick.

What a good doctor. Too many times they just send you home and then you worry. I hope M feels better and L doesn't catch it.

poor little M. It's bad enough that she doesn't feel well, but she can't even snuggle to her baby sis... that is just torture! Hope she gets better soon.
Aw, I hope little L doesn't get sick too..Hopefully the virus will leave quickly! Oh, and that movie quote is from Enchanted I think...

It was great seeing you this past weekend. We were really glad that we were able to see your mom and meet baby L. She sure is a cutie! We are looking forward to spending more time with you before you head off to NJ. :-)
