Ian went to the MTC yesterday. It was nice to be back, but I must admit I was glad to not be the one saying goodbye and leaving my family. For me as the sister-in-law the goodbye wasn't as heart-wrenching as it was for his sisters, brothers, and parents.
Ian did great though. You could see the excitement and nervousness in his eyes. It is such an unknown thing to go on a mission. How can you really know what to expect.
He'll be in the MTC until April 9th. Then he's off to Albania!

It was so good to gather together one last time before Ian left. I always love being with my sister, Joey, and dinner wasn't bad, either!
